From the tiniest organism to Homo Sapiens, each has their role to play in a sustainable future. Here each guest becomes a key player in the protection of ancient San Rock Art to the repair of nature's wounds,
and the upliftment of our people.

To see the recovery of the more than 4000 plant species, the return of over 40 animal species, the feathered glory of 130 bird species, uncounted insect species, and the intricacy of natures cycles would normally suffice.
We are blessed with even more.

We have over 500 ancient San Rock Art paintings, deeply spiritual, and the remains of the best of the ancients genes in our local community. Their talents displayed in products ranging from hardwood furniture, made from invader plants and windfalls in our adjoining rain forests, to replicas of Rock Art, quilts and cushions, preserves and much, much more.

You can enjoy all of the above on our 4x4 vehicles, or on leisurely hikes in the mountains. Stay in luxury and comfort, enjoying real South African meals. You have a choice of fully catered or self catering options.

You can catch a bass, while being watched by our inquisitive Eland, Zebra, Springbuck or even see our beautiful Blue Crane raising their young, while the Black Eagles soar overhead. At night take a trip to see the majestic Buffalo, elusive Lynx or if you are really fortunate, the scarcely seen, phantom like mountain Leopard.
What makes us unique, is that we have not created a reserve for tourists. Join us in the wonder and excitement, as we form a partnership with nature and people, for a sustainable future.
You can become a key role player, just by visiting us.

What a wonderfull experience. Plenty of everything. Sun,scenery, information, food and last but not least hospitality. It was a relaxing break, we would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately time would not allow this. Our sincere thanks to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here SO MUCH! Our children made the comment that the staff took such special care of them. The "education" that Dave gave them on the Rock Art was tremendous and the night drive & sundowners were fabulous. Thank you for it ALL! Keep the home fires burning. We will be back.

We loved everything aboput our stay. The accommodation was excellent + the catering "corden bleu" standard.
The tour was facinating. The sites were most interesting + we could have listened to David's lecture for several more hours.
When you open more sites for viewing please tell us.
